You can add Employees, Equipment, and Materials to work items through the mobile app.
- To open the work item from the list, tap Edit and scroll to the bottom of the work item form.
Adding an Employee Transaction
- Under Employees, you can tap Add Crew to give you the option to select multiple employees or the entire crew. Once you have selected the desired employees, tap Accept and add hours for each person individually on the work item.

- To select an individual employee, tap Add Employee in the Employees section, then tap Select. On the next screen, select the crew the employee belongs to which will populate the Employee list for that crew. Select the employee from the list, enter the labor hours or overtime hours for the employee and tap Set.
Adding an Equipment Transaction

Under Equipment, tap Add Crew Equipment to give you the option to select multiple pieces of equipment or the all of the equipment in the crew. Once you have selected the desired equipment, tap Accept and add usage for each piece of equipment individually on the work item.

To select an individual piece of equipment, tap Add Equipment in the Equipment section, then tap Select. On the next screen, select the crew the equipment belongs to which will populate the Equipment list for that crew. Select the equipment from the list, enter the usage for the equipment and tap Set.
Adding a Material Transaction

Under Material, you can tap Add Group to give you the option to select multiple materials or the all of the materials listed in the group. Once you have selected the desired materials, tap Accept and add the quantity for each material individually on the work item.

To select an individual material item, tap Add Material in the Materials section, then tap Select. On the next screen, select the group the material belongs to which will populate the material list for that group. Select the material from the list, enter the usage amount for the material and tap Set.
